About Matterline

Built for the work around the advice.

Lawyers and registered migration agents should spend their time on judgement. Matterline exists to run everything around it: the marketing, the intake, the paperwork and the follow-up.

Why Matterline

Practices don’t need more software. They need it to work together.

Most law firms, immigration practices and professional services firms already pay for a practice-management system or CRM, email and calendars, document storage, e-signature and payments. What they usually lack is the connective work between those systems, and the time to design it properly.

Matterline is a systems integration and AI implementation consultancy. We assess how work really moves through a practice, design practical improvements, connect the applications you already use, automate the repetitive steps and introduce AI only where a qualified person stays in control.

Matterline was founded by Owen Magocha, who holds a law degree and has spent his career inside migration and global mobility practices. He saw the same pattern again and again: capable practitioners losing hours to retyping, chasing and answering the same question, and clients waiting while they did.

So Matterline does one thing: it keeps your tools and makes them work together.
