Do you replace our CRM?

Advice and compliance
Does Matterline give legal or immigration advice?
No. Matterline does not provide immigration assistance or legal advice. Our assistants never assess eligibility; they hand those questions to your qualified practitioners.
Who approves what goes to clients?
Your practitioners. Proposals, agreements, newsletters and advice-adjacent messages wait for sign-off, by rule. You decide the approval points.
Will clients know they are talking to an assistant?
Yes. Every assistant identifies itself and hands to a person when asked.
Data and security
Where is client data stored?
In your own systems wherever possible. Where we run a tool on your behalf, we tell you where it stores data before you sign.
Who can access our data?
Only the people who need to, with the least access needed. Access is listed and removed when no longer needed.
What happens if we leave?
Your templates, content, SOPs and data are yours. We hand them over and remove our access.
